About us
Charltons is a fourth generation family business founded in 1946 by George Charlton, who had been in the fruit business since 1905.
We grow Apples, Strawberries and Cherries on approx 445 hectares across 11 sites within a 5 mile radius.
In conjunction with our producer organisation and marketing desks, we provide quality produce to multiple leading retailers across the UK.

Seasonal Farm Workers
Husbandry work on strawberry plants and apple thinning. Harvest work – strawberry, apple and cherry picking by hand, working as part of a team.
Previous experience is not necessary, but is beneficial.
